Just updated ( 31 - 10 - 2013 ) Graphite crashes

the last update causes Graphite to crash on my pc. "Icenium Graphite has stopped working" . I am using windows 8.1 if that makes any difference.

Hi Tim,

Please, try performing a clean install of Graphite. To do so, uninstall Graphite and delete any leftovers in the %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Cache folder. Download Graphite again and try installing it again.

Hi,

Sorry to hijack thread but when I open the new version I don't get my project list, instead it just sits there on the base screen and nothing ever happens. I have uninstalled and removed the AppData files but still get the same issue when I reinstall, any ideas?

Hello Tom,

Glad you managed to reinstall Graphite. Have you by any chance logged in with another account/email provider? For example, if you are usually using a Gmail email, have you just logged in with your Facebook account?
