Is it possible to use telerik MVC Controls with jQuery UI Themes ???

Hi mvbaffa,

Unfortunately not. The Telerik MVC Extensions use different type of CSS primitives to implement the styling in order to match as closely as possible the skins of RadControls for ASP.NET Ajax.

For some of us, having the ability to continue to theme using the jQuery UI theme support is very important. The visuals will look inconsistent if we have to use two different theming systems while using the Telerik MVC controls (which are shaping up nicely, especially the grid, btw!). Since the CSS elements differ, is there documentation that specifies what these elements are and where they appear visually in the controls' HTML? I'm looking for something similar to the way the jQuery UI widgets are documented on the jQuery UI site.

Hello Charles,

We don't have styling documentation yet, and we'll do something about it for the official release. Other than that, our plans are to bring theming support to the visual style builder application in order to match the jQuery UI themeroller, Until all this happens, using firebug to inspect the elements that require styling is your best option.
