[Solved] JC 2010.3.1215.0 messes up on reformting

Have a look at ss1.jpg. This is an extract from my code in VS2008.

SS2.jpg shows the code before JC gets it's hands on it but after I've collapsed the outlining in VS.

SS3.jpg shows the same code after reformatting using JC /then/ collaping the outlining.

This only seems to be happening with the /fields/ in the code; everything else seems to be OK.

I discovered a little development on this this morning that makes this a little more serious.

Once you've been through the steps described in my original post, it is mandatory that you fix the broken formatting before attempting to reformat your document otherwise reformatting will completely detach the xml documentation comments are relocate them at the bottom of the file!

Bad JustCode! Naughty JustCode!

Hi Stuart Hemming,

I investigated the issues and it seems they are all caused by a bug in the JustCode Formatter Ordering feature. As a workaround you can disable the Ordering from the JustCode Code Style options. The bug is scheduled for fixing for the next release. We will try to include the fix in one of the first upcoming internal builds.
