Item Reorder

On the RadDataGrid for Windows 8, is there a way to emulate the IsItemReorderEnabled Item re-order functionality seen in the

DataboundListBox control for Windows Phone?

Hi David,

Thank you for contacting us.

The current version of the RadDataGrid control does not support reordering of items and we have no immediate plans for implementing such functionality. Since the grid supports sorting and grouping, reordering does not make sense in these cases. You could try some of the MS controls that support reordering. I have logged your request in our Ideas & Feedback portal where our community members can vote for it and raise its priority.

Looks like GridView and ListView support this functionality.  There is a sample app for those wanting this functionality that can be found here http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/windowsapps/XAML-ListView-and-GridView-6bd77f71
