The provided information is insufficient for us to determine what might be wrong. Thus we have the following questions:
  • what device do you deploy your project to?
  • is the server available at the time you make a request
  • what properties are not applied? Did you try to debug the app to pinpoint why they are not applied? Note that the simulator is not a measure whether your app works as it should or not and you should always test on a real device.

If you're still having problems, please isolate this in a sample project that we can look into.

Hi Anup,

Is your app running on a newer version of Android or iOS device? If it is, then it is possible there is some problem with Android 2.2 as it is a pretty old platform. Still if you provide us with the name of your app, we would take a look and if necessary report the problem to the Kendo UI guys.

Hello Anup,

We've found a "cafe leverage" app in your account which matches your description. We noticed that you're using quite old versions of Kendo UI and jQuery and you were targeting Cordova 2.4 instead of latest supported 2.7. Once we've updated Kendo UI and jQuery to the official Q2 release and Cordova to 2.7, your "Select State" dropdownlist is properly populated.

On a side, Cordova have already dropped the support for Android 2.x in v.2.8, so you would have to reconsider support for Android 2.x in future updates of your app (or you could stay with the latest Cordova version that provides this support - 2.7).
