issue with trackball in radcartesuanchart

Hi,

I am facing an issue with radcartesian charttrackball.

i am defining a temple for trackball.i having lineseries which are added dynamically from xaml.cs(codebehind).At a particular point of timeif a series does not exists but still track ball taking nearest point value and showing.I set snap mode tgo none also.

please let me knowis it default behaviour of cartesian chart or something need to be done for this,

Hello Sreelakshmi,

I have attached a sample project which demonstrates that the SnapMode works fine even when we set the Visibility property of one of the ScatterLineSeries to "Collapsed". Is the sample project something similar to what you are doing? Could you elaborate more on what did you mean by "At a particular point of time if a series does not exists" and "still track ball taking nearest point value and showing" ?  
In order to understand better what you have in mind you can send us some pictures or code snippets which describe the issue in more detail.
