Issue Insert Image

Hey, 
This morning i was trying to insert an image into a document and for some reason it wasn't working. Suddenly i realized that the image was with an extension in uppercase. Like '*.JPG'. So i renamed the extension and everything worked just fine.
I've had to intercept the InsertImage command to be able to lower the extensions before calling the InsertImage method.
This is going to be solved or you choosed to leave that way?

Thank you for noting that behavior down. We will allow extensions in capital letters for the next internal build.
