RadWindow contains Html content (i.e. .aspx page) using RadHtmlPlaceHolder.
When RadWindow is opened and I hover over RadMenu control Html content of RadWindow overlaps over RadMenuItem's dropdowncontainer.
Is there anyway to overcome this issue.
I have attached a screen shot which explains better..
Kindly do the needful.
Thanks & regards

Hi pradeep tamanar,

Thank you for contacting Telerik Support.
I fully understand your issue with RadHtmlPlaceHolder and RadMenu. RadHtmlPlaceHolder holds a page in an iframe which overlaps the whole Silverlight plugin when windowless parameter is set to true. That's why RadHtmlPlaceHolder overlaps the RadMenuItem's dropdowncontainer. We've considered this issue and we will look further for a proper solution, but for now it cannot be overcome in this scenario.
I hope this information helps. I will be glad to assist you further.

Is there solution for this issue?

Hi Everybody,
The cause of this problem is that the content of the HtmlPlaceholder is actually an IFrame rendered above the Silverlight plugin. Because of this it overlays all the Silverlight controls. We cannot fix this problem as it is caused by the way the browsers render pages' content.
Hope this helps.

So, the alternative way are?

Hello Nicole,
Unfortunately there are not much alternatives. The easiest way to render HTML is to use the browser to do so (i.e. to use IFrame like we do). The only way to overcome the problem observed is to find a way to render the HTML directly in Silverlight.
We cannot suggest you anything that can solve this problem at the moment.
