Hi, at my radgridview i created some columns with templates inside, at specific condition i want set "IsReadOnly" property on true. Unfortunetly columns are still editable when property is set to true. I need do some additional work to block editing of column beside of setting IsReadOnly=true ?

Could you please throw some light upon the logic that sets the IsReadOnly property. What type of condition are you handling? Which version of RadGridView do you work with ?
I have prepared an example project (I am applying it to my post) that depicts a case with a RadGridView, which has predefined CellEditTemplate on some columns. Checking/Unchecking a CheckBox results in setting the IsReadOnly property of the third GridViewDataColumn and it appears to be working fine. Sending a simple demo project, that clarifies your case better, via a support ticket, will be greatly appreciated.
