Dear Telerik,

full of excitement and expectation, I have downloaded the latest build of Silverlight Controls (Q1 2009.1 312). My main hope with the new build was much desired property “IsPlaylistVisible” on RadMediaPlayer as I formerly expressed strong need for it in a different thread. However, I am sad to share that I cant get it working. It does not matter whether I set the property through XAML or code, the playlist will not show up and instead I have empty player window. Strangely, the demo application included with new build seems to work as expected and indeed shows the playlist (I have running it locally at my Vista IIS7 dev machine). So I am all the more perplexed. Please, please, help us.

You can test this behaviour with our player at http://blog.temelios.sk/dev/testpage.html.

Is this a bug or are we doing something in a wrong way?

Hello Jan,

This is a known bug and we are trying to fix it. The problem is with these 2 properties working together:
IsPlaylistVisible="True"      EnableFullScreenIcon="True".

You will see that if you set  EnableFullScreeIcon="False" the playlist will be visible.

We are working to fix the problem and hopefully it will be available for SP1 which is comming soon (mid of April).
We apologize for the inconvenience. I have updated your Telerik points for your report.

Greetings,
