We always prepend "this." to methods, so is there an option somewhere to peg that onto the start when I Extract Method?

Thanks for contacting us. Currently there isn't such option but we have added in the new version of JustCode an context actions and hints suggesting to add/remove this. We will think for another option or to reuse hints for the Extract Method.
