Is there any designer available in Telerik for customizing UI in Silverlight applications?

     Could anyone confirm if you have designer for customizing User Interfaces (such as applying themes etc) for Silverlight applications.

I guess you should use MS Expression Blend for customizing the UI of your application. Please, let me know if I understood incorrectly.
