No, the style builder is updated a few weeks after the official releases are published. If you need help with the styling until then, just let us know.

One thing I did notice was style builder seems to be missing the hirearchy portion of the grid... The idea is to provide user's the ability to change the graphic from the + and - to whatever they would like.
Just a suggestion. :)
