[Solved] Is the Windows 8 toolset compatible with VS 2012 Express

I need to know this before I purchase the toolset as this will be my development environment. In the past alot of these toolsets were only compatible with the VS pro editions but i need to know if this toolset is compatible with VS 2012 express. Also can I add the controls to the toolbox so that I can have the drag and drop functionality.
