Is the new DragDrop Manager going to implement an arrow cue?

I am trying to implement a RadGridView Drag to a RadChart DataSeries drop using a DragDrop Manager. Right Now my main issue is the new managar doesn't use the arrow cue and I'm unable to get my RadChart to allow drops directly on the DataSeries. It constantly says "DropImpossible" as the status. Any help or sample apps would be greatly appreciated.
