I've downloaded and installed the currently available Q2 release but I do not see the Metro theme in the project config wizard, nor could I find the theme dll in the installation folder.
The blog posting below mentioned that it would be a part of this beta.

Unfortunately the Metro theme is not part of our Beta but it will be available with our upcoming official Q2 release.

Thanks so much for the quick reply Milan. A quick note, the post that let me to believe that it would be released in the beta is http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/silverlight/general-discussions/any-plans-to-add-a-metro-theme.aspx#1683049.
