I see a post the says the RAD control for SL3 is officially out with SP1. However, when I go to download, I see the installation is still 8/21/2009 and in the "Internal Build" I see a zip file containing lots of DLLs, PDPs, Design DLL and etc.
So, is this still an Internal build yet or is it a Released build?
Secondly, in the installation, there different folders for Bin and design, where as the Zip has them all together. Are we supposed to split these files to different folders? A Read.Me would be helpful to be added to the zip or some instructions.

Rad Controls for Silverlight Q2 2009 SP1 is indeed official and it is built agains SL3.
This link will take you to the download page of Q2 2009 SP1 - http://www.telerik.com/account/downloads/product-versions/single-version.aspx?pmvid=2079
Once you open the page you should be able to download the installer or the just the binaries. SP1 could be identified by the version 2009.2 812.
We have moved the design assemblies to another folder so that they do not clutter the root binary folder.
We will check the discrepancies in the folder structures that you have mentioned and fix them as soon as possible. Thank you for reporting that.

Millan, my confusion is the following:
Is the SP1 dated as of 8/12/2009? If yes, I already have that installed. But why is this new post two days ago? This is what confused me.

You have installed the correct release - the SP date is 8/12/2009. The post was created recently because we had some complaints that there was no indication that the service pack is built agains Silverlight 3. The only purpose of the article is to provide more information about the release.

Thank you Millan for clarification. Yes, that post should have gone up on the same day the product was released. Although it's good that it went up 2 days ago, but creates a different confusion for developers "Already" using the SP1. But no one is perfect, Although Telerik is very close to it :-). Thanks again!
