Hello,

Sorry if this is easy - I'm new to most of this... I am running a site on DotNetNuke 7.1 and use its web api framework. I'd like to make my app connect to those services, but apparently I have to use digest authentication... and I couldn't figure out how to do it.

First, is there some simple way in jQuery or Kendo to make an ajax request with digest authentication? Second, if not, does anybody know of how I can get around that? I'd rather not have to turn on basic authentication if I can avoid it. The rest of the site uses forms authentication.

Thanks,

Mike

Hello Mike,

This was thought question we did not have such use-case. What we found is this DigestJ jQuery plugin you can try and see if it fits your case. Please let us know if it works or not so we can look for alternative solution if needed.
