Hi guys

We are trying to submit our app to the appstore but we keep getting this error that our images is the incorrect sizes.
But in Icenium it only accepts 72x72 but apple wants 76x76. We dragged and dropped 76x76 logo's but I think icenium resizes it just back to 72x72.

Any advice? Is Icenium maybe out-dated? Is this maybe a new dimention with iOS 7 thats going to be released now?

Here is the screenshot from Icenium with the 72x72 sizes: http://i.imgur.com/R3ZDSn2.jpg
And here is the message from Apple where they say the image sizes are incorrect : http://i.imgur.com/eSMGRHK.jpg

Please help.

Kind Regards,
Gerrit

Thank you Stefan, that helped!
Will be on the lookout for the new version.

Are you busy with maintenance now? I can't seem to generate a iOS file to install on my iPad, it worked fine yesterday.

Kind Regards

Hi Gerrit,

Are you using ION or running provisioned build? As we could not reproduce any problems locally,  please run a ping to app.icenium.com with 2000 bytes of data whenever the problem starts to occur i.e. open command prompt as Administrator and type "ping app.icenium.com -l 2000 -t" without the quotes and let it run for several minutes. See if you have any packets loss and what is the %.
