Hey guys are there any controls in the Telerik toolset that would allow me to accomplish what Intersoft has done with their NavigationFrame and NavigationBar. Are there any code samples that guys have the can demonstrate this?

Hello Jason,
I would suggest to use the standard Navigation Frame in combination with Telerik RadTransitionControl in order to achieve similar approach. Please check our online example here - note how the TransitionControl is set in the ControlTemplate of the frame.
