Hello,

Does the map control for silverlight have international dateline support?  I noticed that all the demos I see so far, have the "edge of the earth" syndrome... for example if I go to New Zealand, it does not wrap around and show what is east of the area.

I would like to be able to show the full map, to show the area wrapped around the international dateline.

Thanks in advance.

I just saw this:

So I guess this is not supported yet.

Hello tongyang,

Unfortunately current version of the RadMap doesn't support this feature. We are planning to implement it in the future releases of our control. You can check availability of this feature using our PITS:

Hi

From the below post it seems that this 'end of the world eradication' feature has been approved for WPF, can we expect that the change will be made for Silverlight too?   I am using 2015 Q1 version of the Silverlight product and I am experiencing the issue with both Bing and OpenStreetMap providers

 Thanks in advance

Hello Charles,

I would like to turn your attention to the fact that the behavior that you see is not an issue. It is a missing feature of the RadMap control. When we approved the feature request we agreed that it would be nice if our control has that functionality. Since we are shipping the RadMap for both Silverlight and WPF platforms we will try to implement that feature for both.

The swift answer of your question is yes. We will do our best to implement that feature for both platforms.
