Is it possible to implement interactive chart using telerik. In my application I need a chart similar to http://www.highcharts.com/products/highstock can this be done in telerik our environment is .net4

The Chart MVC extension does not support panning & zooming and won't support it at least for 2 more major releases. We still have to cover a lot of basics, but such advanced features are on our plans.
