Instead of Datalist what we use in telerik controls

Hi,

I am new in silverlight with telerik controls, Here my doubt is in asp.net most of all we are using datalist, so now we r going to using silverlight with telerik controls, so my question is what controls we use in silverilght with telerik control.

Hi,

We do not have such component for Silverlight however you can use any ItemsControl with RadWrapPanel.

Thanks for ur reply, but what we are doubt if suppose some limited cities are there, if we select the city then it show the street name, once the street name is displayed then it should have to display the house number horizontally for all the matter we can use the datalist in asp.net in the same manner what controls to be use in silverlight with telerik control.according to your suggestion u wrote that itemcontrols with wrapcontrol can be use.but we dont have any idea about wrapcontrols.

Hi,

Can u give me some ideas to be use instead of datalist in telerik controls.like example we have to bound the datalist like countries thre it shows and bind the country name. in the same manner once the selected country name click then it shows another datalist like city names to bind into the datalist
 in the same manner what controls to be use in silverlight with telerik control.according to your suggestion u wrote that itemcontrols with wrapcontrol can be use.but we dont have any idea about wrapcontrols.
