The installer keeps timing out on me and never downloads anything.
I would attach the log file, but text files aren't allowed.

Terry,

I have examined the log and it says that you were unable to download (timout) one of the assets from our CDN. Can you please check that you can manually download this file:
http://cdn.icenium.com/live/graphite/publish/Application Files/Icenium.Graphite_2012_3_1019_3/ICE.ico.deploy

Also you can look into Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs for Icenium Graphite. If it is there you can try to repair it, if not you can try to run the setup.exe one more time.

It downloads from a browser just fine and it's not in my list of installed programs. BTW I've now tried it from two different Windows machines and neither one works.

Interestingly enough, I just fired up Fiddler2 to watch the http traffic and when I ran setup it installed just fine. It also installs just fine on the other pc without Fiddler2 running.

Everything that I can think about is that this specific file was not cached in the CDN edge next to your location. Those are usually cached on demand, which might have failed in your case.
