The file Telerik_OpenAccess_ORM_Free_Edition_2012_2_628 installs without barking on both of my machines one of which has VS 2008, 2010, and 2012RC installed, the other VS 2008 and 2010 installed. The product seems to work in the 2010 and 2012 Studios but 2008 will throw an error and stop shortly after the icon click on both of my machines. There seems to be an issue with that install mode and I'm curious if anyone else is having this or similar issues with the VS 2008 systems. Thanks.

Can you try to disable our addin before you start VisualStudio?
Please open the
c:\program files\telerik\openaccess\sdk\IDEIntegrations\Microsoft Visual Studio 2005\addin\OpenAccessAddin80.addin
file in a text editor and set the load behavior to 0. If this fixes the problem, it is a known problem with some VS2008 installations. I do not know another way, you have to reinstall VS2008.
