Included in the first post in this section are two links, one of which takes you to the installation instructions. The instructions state that the zip file should be unzipped and placed in any folder I want. And...that's it! That is your "installation instructions"???? WTF?!? is wrong with you people??? I can guess that the binaries go into a bin directory somewhere (where?), and it states that the javascript scripts are used by the binaries, but where do they go???

Hello Mark,
The binaries should simply be referenced by your web application project, and the scripts and styles go (as per the ASP.NET MVC convention) to the Scripts and Content folders, respectively.
The documentation covers the bare minimum of how to start working with the extensions. We will be developing a installer package for the upcoming official release.
