Thanks for JustDecompile.

What I'm missing is a starting point for JustDecompile.
I installed JD as Admin, but there is now startmenu entries for 'All user' (neither for Admin, I think).

How should I start with JD?
Running the EXE standalone?
Will be there an integration in VS?
Will be there an integration in Windows Explorer?

Will these things included in the release version?

Thanks
Eric

I also had an install that did not put a shortcut in the start menu. Just create one and its all good to go.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\JustDecompile\Libraries\JustDecompile.exe"

I just install this beta tool, and it doesn't create short cut in my start menu, and all my other Telerik product installed such as ASP.NET AJAX and Reporting tool has gone from my machine. Visual Studio plug ins are vanished as well.

I would suggest to withdraw the MSI before other users face the same problem as mine.

All my other Telerik products are still installed. The only issue I had was a missing shortcut to the newly installed "Just Decompile".

Hello all-

Yes, that's a limit of today's beta installer. We apologize for the confusion. This will definitely be improved in the next builds. This is an early preview, and unfortunately the installer still has some rough edges to polish, too.

For now, when you run the JustDecompile installer, you will not get any Start Menu shortcuts. To run JustDecompile, find the "JustDecompile.exe" in your Program Files, which will usually be in:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\JustDecompile\Libraries\

We recommend pinning JustDecompile.exe to your Start Menu or Task Bar for now for quick access. The next installer should provide the expected Start Menu and Desktop Shortcut options.

Hi all,

We have published a new Beta version of JustDecompile that creates a shortcut in Windows Start menu. You can download it from here: http://www.telerik.com/community/license-agreement.aspx?pId=845.

Please try it and let us know if you have any issues or questions.

Best wishes,
