HI
I am new to silverlight.. I used the "RadControls_for_Silverlight_2009_3_1208_TRIAL" version to instal the Silverlight. But once after clicking the finish button of Installation window i am getting the following error while configuration error;
Server Error in '/' Application.
Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.Ria, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. (C:\Program Files\Telerik\RadControls for Silverlight Q3 2009 SP1\Demos\ExamplesWeb\web.config line 76)
Source Error:
I dont know how the above error could be replaced to run the first silverlight application.Please guide me to overcome the error.

I have the same error with a brand new install and I have the latest (preview version of RIA) installed on VS 2010. I started a new thread to call this out in the subject line.
