Hi everyone,
It is the first time I am installing the WebUI Test Studio (Q3 2009 - Trial Version). But it is saying that I have another installation of the product and I must remove it before installing a new version.
Nothing is listed in the Control Panel's Programs.
What can I do?

Hi Alvaro,
Thank you for your evaluation of WebUI Test Studio.
WebUI Test Studio extends ArtOfTest's Automation Design Canvas and it detects if another version of DC is already installed. Can you check if you have ArtOfTest's products installed as well as uninstall them first if so?

Hello Alvaro,
Konstantine is correct. Specifically please look for WebAii 2.0 in the Add/Remove Programs list. WebUI relies on that product, and will install it automatically if not found already.

Thanks for the answers Admin and Cody,
I don't have any ArtOfTest's products installed but I was trying WebAii before
WebUI Studio. I had already uninstalled it before the problem but I'm still getting the same message.
I think there is something to do with inputs in the Windows's register. I don't know.
I will try to remove other third parties plugins to see if it works.

Hi Alvaro,
Please also uninstall the Free Testing Framework if you have it installed on your machine. It should be listed under WebAii 1.1 or 2.0 depending upon which version you have installed,

Thanks, it worked.
I thought when I removed the software using the Telerik Menu, under All Programs option, all WebAii would be removed, but when I went to the Programs and Features list I saw that the program was still there. My mistake.
Now it is working and I will try the software. Thank you for your support. It is one of the bests I've ever seen.
