Install Error - Trial Version

I'm attempting to install the trial version on Windows Vista so I can evaluate Telerik controls. However, I'm getting the following error:

Error creating virtual directories. Exception details: Unknown error (0x80005000)

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can correct this?

This seems to be a knonwn problem related to IIS7 and telerik is working on it. Until they release updated installers, they have provided a workaround suggestion documented here:
