install document library independent of component UI libary

How can I install the document library alone without installing a component UI library?

I just want to process PDF files

Hello Eric,

The Telerik Document Processing libraries are not available as a separate product. They are available as part of, UI for ASP.NET Core, UI for ASP.NET MVC, UI for ASP.NET AJAX, UI for Blazor, UI for .NET MAUI, UI for Xamarin, UI for WPF, UI for WinForms, UI for Silverlight as well as the the DevCraft bundles. 

The DPL can be downloaded if you go to your account and visit any of the above product's main pages. You can choose between archives with the required assemblies as well as NuGet packages:

Regarding the processing of PDF files, I am also sending you a few links that can get you started with the PdfProcessing library if you are interested:
