Instalation Problem TelerikReportingTrialInstallerQ32012

Hi,

I am having trouble installing  Telerik_Reporting_Trial_Installer_Q3_2012_v6_2_12_1017.exe and RadControlsForSilverlightSetup_2012_3_1017.exe .

 Everytime i tried to install  it gives below error:-

Internet connectivity failure

Earlier i have Q2 2011 versions  but due to certain requirements i need Q3 2012, for this  i uninstall previous version and tried to insall Q3 2012
but it gives error .

So kindly help me in this if you can provide me msi link or any  standalone installer for  which i don't need internet connectivity.
I had also attached 2 error files.Please look into this issues  as clients requirements are urgent.
