Hi I was asked to send my support questions to this e-mail address on Eqatec Analytics. We need to track InnerExceptions, is it possible? Pt. we have for example. an error where we stack tracen can see the method fails. However, we do not know why the error arises, it can be seen in the InnerException. This shows the fact that a user.config file is korruptet and path to the file, which is a source to reproduce and resolve the error. Sincerely Anders Rasmussen Software Developer GN Otometrics

Hi Anders You can enable inner exceptions per product. If you log in and do the Settings for the specific product, so you can turn off "Use Nested Exceptions". There may be a slight delay to the entry into force through our reception pipeline. Note that to turn this setting to can have the side effect of creating new exceptions that actually matched the existing exceptions, but as we now evaluate the inner exceptions that will create new exceptions. Hope it helps, otherwise please feel free to write back MVH So clean EQATEC Team
