[Solved] initparams not being passed to telerik rad grid view form sharepoint portal

Hi ,

I am facing one issue with initparams:

i have a requirement that i have to send user name using  initparams form sharepoint portal
I am getting user name null, Can any one please help me what may be the issue regarding this init params.
Are there any security concerns and firewall issues which will block writing the initparams to the webpart.
Please help me its very urgent.
