Have been looking at RadMap and have come across the following issues:
1: D2DShapeStyle.Fill only allows D2DSolidColorBrush. Any plans to use gradients \ image fills?
2: SetView - Can you include an option to transition smoothly to the new view location. i.e. Move to center of boundingrect then zoom in\out as required.
3: Background image - Would be nice to set a background image that moves with any panning. i.e. Use a night time map as background with semi transparent shapes that will then pan with the control.
SetView for us would be the priority. Especially when using this on a 55" touch screen.

We have logged your suggestions in our ideas & feedback portal here, here, and here and we will forward them to our developers so they can consider the first two for the Q3 2013 SP release.
As for your third question -- if we understand you correctly, you are looking for tile imagery support in RadMap like Bing, OpenStreetMap, etc. Is that correct? If not -- could you elaborate a bit more on your background image idea?
