Import excel 2010 in silverlight

My application is in silverlight 5 and there is one functionality i need to implement, to import Excel data in Radgirdview.
For that, lots of solutions are available on internet but those does not work in case of Excel 2010.

Is there any way to import data in Excel 2010 to radrgridview without using "Out of browser" support or any third party tool?
