I have a word document (docx) containing a table and an image. When I look at the document in Word, I only see the image once. However, when I look at the image in the RichTextViewer, the image shows up twice. Any thoughts? I tried to attach the file to the post, but it won't let me attach a .docx file. Instead, I've attached screen shots of what the same document looks like in both Word and the RichTextViewer.

We were unable to reproduce the behavior you are describing.
Could you please attach the docx file in a support ticket, so that we can look into the issue? You can open a support ticket when you login to your account -> Get support -> Contact support team.
