If i install Appbuilder windows client need to pay ?

  we already purchase telerik product including kendo tool,i am try to use AppBuilder windows client in  visual studio 2012,so i download and install appbuilder ,now when i login in visual studio at first time in any amount debited in purchased account ? i mean i need pay any charge for to use AppBuilder windows client ?
Before i use Telerik Platform browser client.

Just i change mobile develop form Telerik client to AppBuilder windows client.

 Sorry ,i am not install AppBuilder windows client,i am install The AppBuilder Extension for Visual Studio,for that need to pay amount or it just free platform for develop mobile application in visual studio

I see no licensing on your account, I would need to ether know where the licenses reside or you will need to purchase a license.

  I am create one account for 30 days trail,our company already purchase telerik controls,first i download and install appbuilder for visual studio extension with 30 days trail account,now it expirary,so i sign out form visual studio and sign in with license account,i can signed in also,if not buy then cant sign in ? correct  ?

You are correct, after your 30 day trial, to utilize the tools, you will need to be logged into the account with the full license purchase.
