Icorrect behavior on cusotm toolbar button.

I'am using a Grid (versrion 2010.3.1318).

For custom toolbar buttons the grid renders "<a class='t-button t-grid-update' htef='/contrller/action'>My button</a>", so it behaves as an Update Button and when click it try to validate a form that not exists and generates a JavaScript error.

Any solution?
