Hi i downloaded and installed icenium but when i registered and accept the terms and conditions the new project tab is missing

Hello Yanko,

Did you try restarting Graphite? If you end up with the same blank screen, try the following procedure:

  1. Delete all contents in the  %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Cache folder.
  2. Re-install/re-run Graphite.
If the problem persists, please send us the following logs:
  • attach files from %LOCALAPPDATA%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Logs folder
  • logs from FiddlerCap (with the Decrypt HTTPS Traffic option enabled). Start it before launching Graphite and save the HTTP requests Graphite performs to disk. Zip and send those our way.

I did this 
  1. Delete all contents in the  %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Cache folder.
  2. Re-install/re-run Graphite.
    same story 
    How to send the files ?

Text files/logs can be attached to the forums directly, for zip files - upload it to a free file sharing server and provide the link here.

Hello Yanko,

Just to be thorough, please disable your firewall and antivirus before you start Graphite and check the Fiddler and Graphite logs again. Go through the Windows Event Viewer for any logs that might indicate a problem with Graphite and if there are any, please export them and provide a link. Before you start Graphite, try the following steps:

  • Make sure Graphite is not running.
  • Navigate to %LocalAppData%\Telerik\BlackDragon and delete IceCookie.bin
  • Start Graphite
If the problem persists, try the following procedure to cleanup Graphite's installation:
  1. Close all Icenium Graphite instances. Open the Task Manager and make sure that there are no running processes with the name Icenium.Graphite.exe. If there is - kill it.
  2. Uninstall Graphite.
  3. Delete all contents in the %localappdata%\Temp\IceDeviceSimulator folder.
  4. Delete all contents in the  %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\ folder.
  5. Delete all contents in the  %localappdata%\Apps\2.0 folder.
  6. Re-install Graphite.
Also in order to continue your evaluation while we figure out the culprit, you can use our browser based client Mist.
