I've recently setup a new VM for development and everything was going fine until I installed and launched Icenium Graphite for the first time.  I've got 3 different google accounts, but I can't get Graphite to login with the correct one (ryanday@sweatlogs.com) which is the one that my paid icenium license is tied to.

I've logged both IE10 and Chrome out of every google account but something somewhere is causing Graphite to continually choose the wrong account, one that is associated with a trial version of icenium, everytime I launch it and choose the google account login option.

I'm dead in the water here...no clue how to fix this and I can't get to my projects.  Please advise ASAP

UPDATE: Icenium Mist will use the correct login but Graphite appears to still be using the wrong one...either that or it's using the correct google account and my subscription information isn't being picked up by Graphite

The email you use to login with is shown in the graphite logs, check whether it is the one you want.

it's definitely not....and I still can't change it :(  I just gave up and built a separate VM, and made damn sure I didn't login to any google accounts in any browser or any other product BEFORE I installed Graphite and logged into it with the correct google account

weird...just weird

Hello Ryan,

Please try the following steps:

  • Close Graphite (make sure Icenium.Graphite.exe is not present in the process list)
  • Navigate to %LocalAppData%\Telerik\BlackDragon and delete IceCookie.bin
  • Start Graphite
Try those and if the problem persists, we would be expecting the following logs:

  • zip and attach %LOCALAPPDATA%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Logs folder
  • logs from FiddlerCap (with the Decrypt HTTPS Traffic option enabled). Start it before launching Graphite and save the HTTP requests Graphite performs to disk. Zip and send those our way.

Looking forward to your reply.

Nice! I was having the same issue but with Telerik accounts. This solution works like a charm.
Thanks Steve!!
