[Solved] Icenium Graphite not launching

Hi ,

i downloaded graphite and tried launching from start menu, but the app didnt launch.
After installation as per the intructions in the website  the app had to launch. I am using Firefox 12.
Has anybody faced similar problems.

Hi,

Can you provide more information about your system(OS, Language version, etc).
Could you please, describe what happens after downloading one click install(setup.exe) and starting it?

hi,
To launch Icenium Graphite you have to register in www.icenium.com.  After registration you got one mail from Icenium Graphite.In mail you find on link, you just click on link then it asks some formal steps to install icenium.

After successully installed you click on Start...> All programs..>Telerik corp...>icenium Graphite(click on this)

icenium Graphite window will be displayed..

Note: when you registered with icenium they reply to you mail id .It may take some more days..don't worry ..You  will get..
