Sorry to hear you are experiencing such kind of problems. We've just pushed a new update of the product and you may have experienced a issue with partial update. Here is a simple procedure that you can follow to recover if that's the case:
- Uninstall Graphite.
- Navigate to %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Apps (e.g. C:\users\Username\AppData\Local\Apps) and delete the 2.0 folder.
- Navigate to %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Cache (e.g. C:\users\Username\AppData\Local\Telerik\BlackDragon\Cache) and delete the contents of this folder.
- Install and run Icenium Graphite.
If you continue to have problems, please send us the contents of the Logs folder %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Logs to see if they would show any problem.
Judging from your post you are reporting that Graphite was crashing every day even before today's update. We haven't received such kind of reports. If this happens again please send us the log files mentioned above so that we can investigate what's happening on your end.
