I downloaded and installed Icenium Graphic, when I launch I get a quick glimpse of network update check dialog then Graphite comes up.  The screen is empty except for the Icenium logo in the center of the screen, the min/max/close buttons in top right and the Icenium logo in the upper left of the toolbar.

I'm on Win7 64 bit
HP 8460p laptop
8 gb memory

Any thoughts?

Thanks....

Hi Bob,

Can you check if some firewall software is blocking Graphite's HTTP calls?

I also have this issue with my install.

What firewall settings need to be opened?

We don't have control of the firewall on our work machines but if I can tell the admins
what to open they can do that for me.

Should there be a proxy setting in Graphite?

Hi,

In order Icenium graphite to work it needs a normal http access to internet. In order to explore what is the reason for Graphite not to work you can use Fiddler http://www.fiddler2.com/fiddler2/.

Start Fiddler and then run Graphite. You will see that traffic information and look for failure.

Best Regards
