I can't get the Icenium Extension for Visual Studio to install for VS Ultimate 2013, according to the logs the installer is failing to discover my installed IDE.  I had recently uninstalled VS U 2012 where I had the beta version installed.

Hello John,

As per the Icenium 1.9 Release Notes, the Icenium extension for Visual Studio only supports Visual Studio 2013 Professional, Premium, or Ultimate. Have you by any chance installed 2013 Express edition as with your VS 2012 installation?

Thanks for the rapid response, Steve.  I didn't install the VS 2013 Express, only VS Ultimate 2013.

I just looked in Programs and Features and I'm not showing any VS2012 installations.  Don't know why the installer is even finding the VS Express 2012 for Windows Phone.

OK Steve, I figured it out.  I first went into Programs and Features, found and uninstalled 2 more programs something like ASP.NET and Web tools for VS 2012.  After that I ran a Repair on VS 2013.  Then I located the VS Icenium Extension using the Extensions and Updates tool in VS.  Success...I'm good now.  Time for fun!

Hello John,

Glad to hear you were able to sort out the versioning problem. These are very hard to spot and the very process of uninstall/install is time consuming.
