Hello Altan,
First of all - thank you for your interest in Fiddler Everywhere!
About the described issue - is this happening overtime you tried to install Fiddler?
Fiddler Everywhere uses several different APIs, so ensure that you have an active internet connection and access to the endpoints listed in the documentation. Additionally, you could download the installation package new to ensure that the installation package was not broken during the initial download.

Hey Altan,
The setup requires an active internet connection, and so is the installed version of Fiddler Everywhere. So if you don't have access to the endpoints (as discussed in my previous answer), you won't be able to run Fiddler Everywhere properly.
Could you please let us know if your issue is related to inaccessible APIs or specific network configurations? You could also share the Fiddler Everywhere log files with us if you are unsure what is causing the problem.
