Hi dileep,

Thanks for the post. So this looks different than the other error message you posted. Has the link in question on that page changed as far as attributes?

It looks like WebUI is looking for the link using the exact Id = overridelink. You can try changing the way the way WebUI looks for the link as described under the topic 'Changing how an Element is found' in the  Dev or QA quick start guide.

Please try using attributes that are current for the link as it is displayed in the Browser Dom when changing the way WebUI finds the link.

Kind regards,

Hello Trieu,

Yes, Test Studio can and does locate those HTML elements. Your input control is being located by ID, which is the most reliable way to do it. It's tough to say without more information why that element was not located. The Export Result to File feature from your screen shot is the best way to provide that detail to us.

Also see our troubleshooting guide on this topic.

Hi Anthony,
I have a problem with RadGrid as below:

Step 1: RadGrid loading and shows OK as green circle
Step 2: I click on check box to check that item and the background do not re-draw as the small red box
Step 3: Click on the white background beside check box, it re-draw again.
I dont know why that?could you help me to resolve this problem. We need resolve it immediately to release the package for our customer.

Pls see attached file for detail.

Thanks very much,

Trieu

Hello Trieu,

Unfortunately the attached .zip files are empty. I am unable to decipher or troubleshoot the issue from your description alone. Please use the Export Result to File feature from the Step Failure Details.

A screen recording will also be helpful. Jing is a free recorder that we use.
