I am not able to get the assembly from add reference window

    I am fresh person with telerik, we follow the video to create report base on silverlight application. But when we are required to add references of Telerik.Windows.Controls, Telerick.Windows.Controls.Input and navigation, we found that they are not there in the add reference->.Net component group. how to sort out this. pls advice.
