I am using an MVC editor in my project. But Im facing an issue with it. When I insert a hyperlink in the editor, it shows it up as a hyperlink. But it does not behave as a hyperlink. It is neither clickable, nor it takes us to the url specified in the hyperlink. This issue is found in Internet Explorer though its working fine in Firefox. Please help me resolve this as Im stuck with my work due to this issue.

This is how contentEditable elements behave in IE -- unfortunately, there is currently no work-around for this. The links should work fine when the content is displayed outside of the editor, though.
