Hi,
I have used the telerik:RadHtmlPlaceholder in a xaml page. I face two problems.
1. When I scroll using the browser scroll bar, the RadHtmlPlaceholder does not scroll properly. It floats on the page. I tried the solution mentioned in the link http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/silverlight/htmlplaceholder/radhtmlplaceholder-scroll-issue.aspx
The scroll bar still appears and the radhtmlplaceholder overlays other controls in the xaml page.
2. All pop ups from the silverlight page comes beneath the RadHtmlPlaceholder and as a result I cannot perform any action on the pop up.

Thank you for your feedback. You are right for the behavior of the RadHtmlplaceholder control. We are aware of that behavior and it is already logged as bug in our system. For your convenience I exposed a public item in our feedback portal so that you can follow its progress.
Regarding your second statement, you are right for that behavior, too. Please note that there is no way to render HTML in Silverlight. This is why, we visualize the RadHtmlplaceholder on top of the Silverlight plug-in. Hence, everything inside the Silverlight will be rendered below our control, including the popups. Since that fact, the ported behavior is expected.
